Free Legal Services

SCLO serves seniors aged 60 and older residing in Central New Mexico with their civil legal needs according to SCLO’s case priorities and current eligibility requirements.

As SCLO has limited resources, the Older Americans Act directs SCLO to give special priority to those individuals who are economically needy, socially isolated, medically frail and institutionalized.

Where We Work

Housed in Albuquerque, SCLO is the only legal services agency in New Mexico whose program mission is to provide direct legal representation for the problems and needs of the elderly in Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance, and Valencia counties.
