Qualifying Service Factors:
1. You must be 60 years of age or older.
2. You must be residing in the home that is in foreclosure.
3. You must have been served with foreclosure papers.
4. Your household income must be no more than 200% of the federal poverty guideline.
~ $2,010.00 / monthly income for 1 person
~ $2,706.67 / monthly income for 2 people
5. You must be a resident of either Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia, or Torrance counties.
