for a Power of Attorney Presentation & Workshop

Both health care and financial powers of attorneys and cremation authorizations will be discussed and attorneys will assist seniors in completing the forms.  Please bring the names, phone numbers, and addresses of the people you would like to appoint as your agents for the powers of attorney.  Please bring a photo id with you to the workshop.

You must sign up in advance with the Paradise Hills Senior Center since only 15 spaces are available for this workshop. 

Also, non-English speaking and hard of hearing seniors may contact SCLO at 505-265-2300 to set up in-office appointments for powers of attorney.  SCLO is unable to serve seniors who require this one-on-one attention at the senior centers in a group setting but will do so at our office located at 1240 Pennsylvania St. NE, Albuquerque 87110.

An SCLO attorney will meet briefly and privately with seniors 60+ to answer legal questions. Please sign up with SCLO at 265-2300 since appointments are limited.

(SCLO does not handle the following issues: criminal, family law, car accidents, neighbor disputes, grandparent visitation).
