1:00 p.m. presentation will cover estate planning including wills and powers of attorney
2:00 p.m. presentation will focus on Institutional Care Medicaid coverage for nursing homes, home & community based services ‘waiver’ eligibility, and the PACE Program.

Please join the Senior Citizens Law Office at the Highland Senior Center on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for a presentation and clinic on powers of attorney. Both health care and financial powers of attorneys and cremation authorizations will be discussed and attorneys will assist seniors in completing the forms. Please bring the names, phone numbers, and addresses of the people you would like to appoint as your agents for the powers of attorney.
Seniors are asked to call the Senior Citizens’ Law Office, Inc. at 265-2300 to sign up in advance to meet with attorneys to complete your powers of attorneys.
