An SCLO attorney will meet briefly and privately with seniors 60+ on a first come, first serve basis to answer legal questions.

Due to SCLO funding requirements, this legal clinic can only assist low to moderately low income seniors.

(SCLO does not handle the following issues: criminal, family law, car accidents, neighbor disputes, grandparent visitation).

Please join the Senior Citizens Law Office at the North Valley  Senior Center on Thursday, November 15, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for a presentation and clinic on powers of attorney.    Both health care and financial powers of attorneys and cremation authorizations will be discussed and attorneys will assist seniors in completing the forms.  Please bring the names, phone numbers, and addresses of the people you would like to appoint as your agents for the powers of attorney.

Seniors are asked to call the Senior Citizens’ Law Office, Inc. at 265-2300 to sign up in advance to meet with attorneys to complete your powers of attorneys.
