for a presentation and clinic on powers of attorney.
Both health care and financial powers of attorneys and cremation authorizations will be discussed and attorneys will assist seniors in completing the forms. Please bring the names, phone numbers, and addresses of the people you would like to appoint as your agents for the powers of attorney. Seniors must also bring a photo id with them.

The legal fair will assist clients seeking assistance with name change, obtaining or renewing a driver’s license, and changing or obtaining a delayed birth certificate, among other Real ID related matters.
The Department of Health Bureau of Vital Statistics and the Motor Vehicle Division mobile unit will be on-site.
