SCLO has suspended its estate planning practice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Estate planning includes wills, transfer on death deeds, and other instruments of transfer.  We are happy to provide callers with the names of private estate planning attorneys who can assist them.  Please call us at 265-2300 for this information.  SCLO will resume its estate planning practice when it is safe to do so – please check our website for updates.

Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, the Consumer Debt Bankruptcy Workshop scheduled for May 27, 2020 at 6:00 pm will be held remotely via video and tele conference. At the workshop, an attorney will give a group presentation on Bankruptcy. After the presentation, a one on one free consultation will be given by phone to people that registered in advanced.

To sign up for the workshop, people need to call 505-797-6094 and leave their name, phone number and email address and we will send them the instructions to join the meeting via video conference (I’m also attaching the instructions to this email). If clients prefer to join the meeting only by phone, the day of the workshop at 6:00 pm they need to dial 701-802-5493 and enter the access code number 8688319.
