Albuquerque Housing Authority’s Section 8 lottery is open for pre-applications June 1 through June 30. Clients interested in receiving Section 8 need to submit an application online by the end of the month to be considered this year.

AHA are also taking applications for the public housing waitlist, and for Project-Based Section 8 at PAH! Hiland Plaza, a complex specifically intended for tenants who are deaf or hard of hearing that will open in September (tenants can also apply directly to the complex for non-subsidized LIHTC units; mor information at https://www.pahhiland.com/).
