SCLO staff attorneys will conduct their monthly presentation

on  life (estate) planning and Institutional Care Medicaid coverage at the

Highland Senior Center

on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, 1-3 pm

NOTE NEW TIMES:

1:00 p.m.   presentation will cover estate planning including wills and powers of attorney

2:00 p.m. presentation will focus on Institutional Care Medicaid coverage, the rules of which also apply to eligibility for the PACE program the the formerly called “D&E” home and community based waiver services program.  Spousal Impoverishment rules are stressed.
