Please join SCLO staff attorneys at the Meadowlark Senior Center

on Monday, August 8, 2022

1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

for a Power of Attorney Presentation & Workshop

Both health care and financial powers of attorney and cremation authorizations will be discussed and attorneys will assist seniors in completing the forms.

Please bring the names, phone numbers, and addresses of the people you would like to appoint as your agents for the powers of attorney.  Please also bring a photo id with your to the workshop.

Due to SCLO funding requirements, this legal clinic for powers of attorney can only assist low to moderately low income seniors (below $2,265 for a single person and below $3,052 for a couple)
